The DPA 2028-B-SE2 Supercardioid Vocal Condenser Microphone Capsule, along with the SE2 Adapter, is meticulously engineered to address the distinct challenges encountered in live stage performances. When coupled with a Sennheiser 2000, 6000, 9000, or evolution series transmitter and receiver (available separately), it excels in capturing and delivering transparent, natural audio for live stage, theater, and broadcast applications.
Featuring a supercardioid condenser capsule, the 2028 ensures a flat off-axis response. This characteristic provides the microphone with an exceptionally high gain-before-feedback, facilitating the effective management of bleed from nearby instruments for sound engineers. The capsule is securely fixed in place on the newly designed shock mount and cannot be dismounted. Additionally, the pop filter is specifically tailored for use with the 2028 microphone.Features
