The hd ML-Series is a product family of very compact LineArray Systems, specially designed for top quality reproduction of both, music and speech. The lightweight and elegant speakers can be installed and set up in only a few seconds. The speaker column´s slim, unobtrusive design integrates seamless into room architecture and stage areas appealing to event organizers, agencies and audiences. The hd ML-Series consists of the hd ML16 and hd ML24 as standard sized column loudspeakers. According to the modular system it´s possible to built even larger columns to satisfy every applications needs.
In the hd ML16 and hd ML24 sixteen respectively twenty-four special designed 2” drivers produce sound with accurate cylindrical dispersion characteristics in the whole operating frequency range and up to the highest audible frequencies. According to the true 1-way design, the ML-Series is free of interference in the important mid-range because there are no phase delays in the crossover that typical 2-way systems have. The result is an outstanding sound quality in music and speech, extended dynamic and even coverage of audience areas. The hd ML-Series is fully compatible to the Harmonic Design system concept and can be effectively combined with the active subwoofers hd P12, hd P15 and hd P18. The hd ML-Series is designed to use with an external DSP for crossover, protection and speech intelligibility improvements. For maximum sound performance and operating reliability the Harmonic Design processors are recommended to guarantee a long lifetime and superb performance at every sound pressure level. The hd ML-Series loudspeakers are standard equipped with a 35mm flange for distance rods or speaker stands in mobile use and a standardized U-slot on the rear of the hd ML-series for M6 nuts opens the possibility for various mounting solutions. Safe flown applications are possible with an optional clamp, half coupler or similar items for mounting on top of the loudspeaker column. Robust padded bags for transportation are offered separately and provide adequate protection for the equipment.
