Martin 80/20 Bronze strings were the Martin & Co. flagship line for many years and stand the test of time as an entry level budget acoustic guitar string. The 80/20 bronze acoustic strings are the workhorse of the industry and Martin in particular makes a very popular product. All 80/20 Bronze guitar strings are made with a combination of 80 percent copper and 20 percent Zinc. They produce a more mellow tone throughout the sustain with a crisper attack when strummed.
