Compact and featherweight, the PreSonus AIR12 2-way active PA loudspeaker boasts a 12-inch woofer and a 1.35-inch HF driver, delivering an expansive low-end and natural high-frequency extension in a design that conveniently fits into the rear of a compact car. Fueled by 1,200W (peak) of Class D/Class AB power and enriched with user-friendly digital tuning functions, the AIR12 equips you with the power and tools essential for both on-the-go and fixed sound applications. Various input options cater to diverse sources.
The straightforward signal processor, complete with presets, simplifies tailoring the AIR12's response for front-of-house mains, monitor wedges, music playback, improved speech intelligibility, and enhanced low end with a warmer sound. Treble and bass controls, with a ±10 dB range, enable adjustments to accommodate room peculiarities. Location presets optimize performance for stand and bracket mounting, as well as flown installations.The AIR12's multi-angle enclosure features nonskid rubber feet on the bottom for upright front-of-house use and on one side for stage monitor applications. Rig it using M10 fly points or ground-stack for portable use. Secure it on a tripod or atop an AIR-series subwoofer with an optional sub pole. The integrated dual-position pole mount allows you to aim the speaker level or at a 7.5˚ downward tilt. Transporting the AIR12 is a breeze, thanks to its top-mounted handle.
