The Yamaha DXS15 MKII 15” Active Subwoofer boasts a potent Class-D amplifier, delivering an impressive 1020W power output. Outperforming its predecessor, it achieves a 3dB higher SPL and a 5Hz lower extended LF response. With precision in low-frequency reproduction, the DXS15 MKII ensures exceptional clarity and minimal distortion. The D-XSUB DSP processing provides access to 3 modes for fine-tuning your subwoofer's sound. Equipped with an intuitive DSP processor, it features a Cardioid bass-management function for sub-arrays and a selectable crossover for seamless pairing with DSR, DXR, and DBR series speakers. The DXS15 MKII, with two pole sockets (1 x M20 and 1 x 35mm), an intuitive amplifier interface, and robust bass reproduction, is ideal for a diverse range of applications.
The new DXS15mkII is capable of producing tight, thunderous low frequencies as low as 40Hz and a maximum SPL of 135dB. This updated model's optimised band-pass design and state-of-the-art DSP ensure the extremely high power output is focused, powerful, and distortion-free.
